I propose a utopist future of new families born out of kinship, including all abilities and ages.

Queering the nuclear family contains an inherent shift of power structures. I document bodily autonomy and familial structures. Looking at the ways queer family has actively deconstructed the nuclear paradigm.

Created out necessity, survival, or choice. Focusing on Brooklyn, NY while looking at my Latin American roots. My research is a path to narrating our history, while looking towards the future family-body.
